How do I track my order? 

If you have selected the ‘pickup’ delivery method, you will be notified via email when your order has reached the Uni Shop and is ready for pickup.  

If you have selected to have the order shipped to you, you will be able to track you order via the link provided in your order confirmation email.  

What do I do if I can’t come pick up during pick up times? 

Pickup is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11am - 2pm only, from Desk 3 at Flinders Connect at Bedford Park campus. You will receive a notification once your order is available for collection. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive on-campus. 

If you are unable to collect on the designated days, please select delivery upon checkout. For urgent orders, please contact events@flinders.edu.au prior to ordering. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide pick up times outside of the set days/times. If you are unable to pick-up your order during these times and need to change your order to delivery please contact us at events@flinders.edu.au and we will send you a link to pay for shipping. 

How can I cancel my order? 

To cancel an order please contact us at events@flinders.edu.au with your order number. 

I would like to a refund - how do I do this? 

Flinders Merch Shop is not required to provide a refund for change of mind. We are able to organise a refund if the item presents a major issue, such as: 

  • the item has a problem that, if known prior to purchase, would have stopped someone from buying the item 
  • the item is unsafe 
  • the item is significantly different from the sample or description

I would like to organise an exchange - how do I do this? 

Items can be exchanged for up to 30 days from the purchase date. An exchange will only be issued upon receipt of proof of purchase, and within this 30 day period. Items must be unworn, with the original tags attached and in like-new condition. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded for gift cards, store credits or other vouchers.

Can I try out the merchandise before I purchase it? 

Unfortunately, as our merchandise is kept in an off-site warehouse we aren’t able to provide access for you to try it on.

However, there is a limited range stocked at the Sports Centre reception and we have listed the a size guide for all of our items of all our items in the size guide so that you can select the correct size. 

Can I purchase Flinders University merchandise elsewhere? 

Please be aware of imitation and unauthorised online sellers of Flinders University Merchandise. We can only offer sales support on authorised products purchased directly from the Flinders Uni Shop


I am a Flinders staff member, how do I purchase for business purposes?

If you are a Flinders University Staff Member and interested in purchasing current merchandise items for business purposes please request via an internal order here (bulk discounts available) and the Events team will be in touch to organise. Please request 2 weeks in advance of when you require the items to allow for delivery. - Internal Order Request Form
